UNPAID INTERNSHIP
Park Artists Group provides its interns with a hands on experience that gives them a deep understanding of how the representation side of the entertainment industry functions. My personal goal at the start of this internship was to bridge the gap between my academic career and my professional career. This was the perfect opportunity to gain such knowledge as I was able to directly work with the various elements involved in getting actors roles. Even if you’re not an actor, there is plenty of wisdom to be gained in how the people working in this industry communicate and what aspects go into staffing a project with actors. The difficulty curve may seem intimidating at first, but it becomes second nature so long as you are willing to work hard and dedicate yourself to learning these tasks. Carrie is also a wonderful employer as she cares greatly for her intern’s education. She was open to answering any question I had leaving me grateful for her insight into this industry which helped me develop my knowledge. I highly recommend this internship to anyone who has an interest in the entertainment industry, particularly if you are looking to work as an actor or in representation.
I had a phenomenal experience interning here. Carrie really takes you under her wing and explains the process behind being a talent agent well. You do have to put in the work, but it is totally worth it and what I learned working here was invaluable. She is patient, caring, hardworking, and fun to work for. Even though we had to work from home due to the circumstances, she still did her best to allow us all to connect and get to know each other as best as possible. She made me feel like I was really a part of a team and I was never afraid to ask questions. I would recommend this internship to anyone looking to get started in the talent agency field. Carrie goes above and beyond to make sure it is a fulfilling and fun learning experience. I am so thankful I had this opportunity.
Over the course of my time at Park Artists Group, I learned even more than I expected about the intricacies of the entertainment business. In addition, the internship offered a perfect balance of learning and work. While being given the opportunity to take on responsibilities myself, I still felt comfortable asking questions and was able to gain a fuller understanding of the entertainment industry as a whole. I highly recommend this internship for anyone who wants to gain valuable experience in the industry and improve their communication and time management skills along the way. What you put in to this internship is what you get out, and going above and beyond what’s expected always gets recognized.

Carrie Park is a great boss and teaches you the ropes quickly yet is patient with your progress. Everything is very well organized and your contributions to the company are seen as you evolve with your time. I highly recommend this position to anyone trying to break into the industry and get a first hands-experience on what is required. A very rewarding experience.
Working at Park Artists, I can easily say this is the best internship opportunity I have ever had. From day 1, the training materials are amazing, to the point that you will be hands on your very first day. Over the coming weeks you will fully learn the day-to-day tasks and obligations required of an agent. It is one of the best ways to learn the roles of an agent, as well as learning the assistant work in depth. Furthermore, if there is ever anything you feel you have not gotten the opportunity to learn, you can always mention it and you will get the opportunity to learn right away. Finally, Carrie Park is so kind, organized, and professional. I've enjoyed working with her and this internship has flown by, as it is fun to go to work.
Park Artists Group is one of the best intern experiences I’ve had. I was able to be involved with many tasks throughout the day and was exposed to a variety of things that made the agency run thoroughly. Carrie Park was very patient and understanding as a boss. While the learning curve was steep in some places, she made sure I had plenty of practice with the tasks required so I could become efficient with them. She’s also flexible with hours as long as you communicate with her respectfully. I highly recommend this internship for anyone who’s interested in a career within the entertainment world.
As my first agency internship in the Entertainment Industry, Park Artists Group's internship program has been a highly memorable one. I was given detailed background knowledge, thorough training, and patient guidance that allowed me to completed this four-month internship with a lot of takeaways. At the end of this internship, I was able to do a lot of different tasks ranging from simple to complex, and these skills are extremely valuable for me. During my time with Park Artists Group, I got to learn so much about the entertainment sector as
a whole. You get a unique opportunity to interact with all people in the business. From casting
directors, actors, and other management, you’re able to get a true look at what a day-to-day feels
like in this industry. This internship pushes you to see where you are at in terms of work ethic,

Interning at Park Artist Group went above and beyond my expectations. I decided to do
this internship because I needed to discover what area I wanted to work in in the entertainment
industry. I was amused by how much I learnt and did remotely. If you want an internship that is
hands on from the very first day, this is the one for you. I got to learn a lot about the different
unions, the casting process of film, tv and theatre and got a first-hand experience on what being a
talent agent looks like. Initially, I was overwhelmed by how much I had to learn from the start because of how fast paced the industry is, but Carrie and Christian were patient with me and
went at my pace. One thing I loved about this internship was how interns were encouraged to
help each other. Overall, this internship gave me a preview of what working in the entertainment
industry is going to be like. Now, I have a clearer idea of what I want to do as a career.
The Park Artists Group internship is the best crash course in the film and TV you can find! I got hands on experience in every part of the agency and booking process and built great relationships with the team! PAG is the place to be!
